A Personal Message From: Elwyn T. Bridges

Good Morning to all and

Thank You for taking the time to read this letter which is in response to the hundreds of inquiries we have received regarding the present status of General Motors and all of our GM Dealerships. I have been overwhelmed by your kind wishes and words of encouragement and would like to take this opportunity on behalf of my entire Family and all of our Employees to say Thank You, while at the same time, addressing your concerns, legitimate concerns which you have conveyed in great numbers.

As you've likely heard, over a thousand GM Dealers received notices that their contracts would not be renewed in October 2010. Our hearts go out to those Dealers and their families as they make this change. Thanks in large part to our high Customer Satisfaction Index and our continuously improving Sales Performance Levels, none of our Dealerships were impacted by GM's recent decision. We have been selling and servicing vehicles in the Atlanta area "since 1931" and we will continue to do so for many years to come!

Many of you have asked, "What will happen if GM files for bankruptcy protection?" Allow me to answer that right now and put any fears you may have to rest - We will continue doing business as usual, doing what we do best - that is - Selling and Servicing the best motor vehicles available today on the Automotive Market. Insuring that we meet or exceed our client's expectations in all areas will continue to be our NUMBER ONE, repeat NUMBER ONE priority.

As an analogy, our situation will be very similar to that of the airlines when they too were forced to file for bankruptcy protection - daily business continued, airplanes took off and landed while the organizations continued to grow stronger. This means we will be here for years to come, fully capable of fulfilling your Sales and Service needs, fully honoring your GM Warranty and insuring your Complete Satisfaction with both the GM product and the service we provide.

Please rest assured - We are here to stay . . . .

Along with myself, my brothers William and Walter have been monitoring this ever changing situation quite closely, while at the same time, we have been planning for the future and the well being of our organization. Make no mistake about it - We are here to stay . . . .

Again, Thank You for your time, your kind comments and conveying your concerns. We look forward to the future and better things to come for all of us.

Sincerely,

Elwyn T. Bridges
